By accessing or using NextGW, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

The service

NextGW provides fantasy football analysis and transfer suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Important: We do not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, rankings, points, or league success. FPL involves inherent unpredictability, and our recommendations are suggestions based on statistical analysis, not guarantees. Use the service at your own discretion.

No affiliation

NextGW is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any football club. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the service excessively

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription:

• Prices are shown clearly before purchase
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time through your account settings

We may change prices from time to time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to future renewals.

Refunds

Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any Pro features. After this period, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@nextgw.app if you believe a charge was made in error.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of NextGW — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by NextGW and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or missed opportunity arising from use of the service
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextGW and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We will try to provide notice of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
