NextGW offers two plans:

Free

  • One transfer recommendation per month
  • Full transfer analysis with expected points
  • Unlimited team previews
  • No credit card required

Price: £0 forever

Pro

  • Unlimited transfer recommendations
  • Full transfer analysis with expected points
  • Captain picks and gameweek forecasts
  • Recommendation history
  • Priority support

Price: £2.99/month

Prices may change from time to time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period. You will always see the current price before being charged.

Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your payment card details.

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • You will be charged on the same calendar day each month (or the closest available date)

Cancellations

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Access to Pro features will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier
  • You can resubscribe at any time

Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with NextGW. Our refund policy is as follows:

7-Day Refund Period

If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not used any Pro features (recommendations, captain picks, etc.), we will issue a full refund.

After 7 Days

Refunds after the 7-day period are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Other circumstances where we determine a refund is appropriate

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@nextgw.app with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions where Pro features have been used after the 7-day period
  • Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
  • Dissatisfaction with recommendation accuracy (FPL involves inherent unpredictability)

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or you have not received the service you paid for, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
